4. Payment Terms

All fees will be specified in a proposal or agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Nova Creative Marketing reserves the right to pause work on any project with overdue invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property.

Nova Creative Marketing retains rights to custom tools, code, and templates created unless explicitly transferred.

Final, paid-for creative work will be transferred to the client for use as outlined in the agreement.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If a project is canceled, the client is responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds, if any, will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on work already delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nova Creative Marketing is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Losses resulting from client-provided content, third-party platforms, or marketing performance.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared with us will be used solely for your project and will not be disclosed without your permission, except as required by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
